Discover the essence of culinary excellence and community at Sage and Spice Market and Catering. With over four years of catering experience in Western North Carolina (WNC), we've become a trusted name in providing diverse, allergen-friendly menus and professional service for events of all kinds.
What started as a catering venture under Tori Frasher's leadership evolved into a dynamic collaboration with Chef Sergio Castro of Conosur Restaurant. Together, along with a core team, we craft delicious catering menus, elevating flavors and experiences.
Our evolution extends beyond catering. Sage and Spice Market emerged as an extension, offering curated experiences including an intimate and elegant venue space. The space may be rented for gatherings of 40 or less, with the option to add customize food and bar options that enhance your event experience.
